Navigating the Employees page

Once you’ve logged in, click ‘Employees’ in the left side menu:
You will see a list of all your current and deactivated employees. You can search by name, filter by branch, and filter by status. You can also export your employee list to a CSV, upload a CSV for a bulk update, or create an employee account from scratch:
What's new?
Easier login tracking – Want to see who hasn’t logged in for 30+ days? Questions about lost login links? Now, you can quickly resend their link in just one click—keeping your team connected to your Rewards program.
Quick recognition – Want to make sure everyone on your team feels valued? You can quickly spot who hasn’t received recognition in the last 30 days and send a well-earned shoutout in seconds.
Searching Employees
To search for an employee by name, start typing their name in the search bar, and you will see the results auto-populate:
Filter by Status
You can filter by the current status of the employee. For example, an employee can be actively working but may need to be signed up for the rewards program.
- Click on the “Filter by Status” box, and you will see Active (Active, De-Activated) and Signed Up (Has signed up, Has not signed up). Click the checkboxes under Active and Signed Up, and your results will auto-populate:

If your agency uses multiple branches, you can filter using this option here.
