In just 3 easy steps, you can earn hundreds of additional dollars by sharing job postings with your friends and family. You can help your agency find more great teammates like yourself and earn cash rewards at the same time!

Login to the Rewards app and click on Jobs in the bottom menu:
- Check out the list of available positions at your agency and find a job that you think someone in your network would be interested in. Click the “Share Job” button to see the sharing options available to you.
Note: Keep an eye out for the "promoted" flag. Your agency urgently needs your help to fill these positions. Help find outstanding individuals who share your passion for caring!
- Share the job with your friends and connections via WhatsApp, text message, or by email:
Pro tip: If you have no one to recommend, you can share the job posting on platforms like Twitter (X), Facebook Messenger, or Instagram by selecting Copy Invitation. If a friend of a friend applies using your link, you will still earn points.
What does the message look like?
Each option will have a pre-filled message ready for you to send. For example, if you click the text message option, it will take you to a pre-filled message in your text messaging app, complete with the link to the job posting. This will save you time and make it easier to share the opportunity with your network! Here is what that message might look like:
Congratulations! You have now earned points or a draw ticket by sharing a job posting, but the fun doesn't end there!
Each month you can share up to 5 job postings with 5 qualified individuals. Not only will you earn points or draw tickets for a monthly draw, you'll also receive additional points when someone applies through your link. Login to your account to see your agency's referral structure breakdown and keep track of your referrals' progress under the Jobs tab under My Referrals.
