Clocking in and out of your visits may be a key way for you to earn rewards at your agency. In this article, we will go over how this works in the HHAeXchange mobile app.
Let's get started!
- Open the HHAeXchange mobile app, and tap Today’s Schedule:
- Select your scheduled visit:
- Select Clock In and then GPS:
- You will receive a confirmation notifying you that your clock-in was successful:
- When your visit is over, open the mobile app again and tap Clock Out from the Clock In/Out section:
- Select the checkmark to note any tasks that were completed during your visit. You can select the X for any tasks that were refused or missed:
- Have your client sign on your mobile device to confirm the visit:
- If you are unable to get the client’s signature, select Skip and choose the reason, and then Save:
- You will see a confirmation message showing you that you’ve successfully completed your visit. Tap OK to return to the home screen and officially clock out of the visit:
