Draws - Scheduling a draw

Schedule a Draw

 

 

 

Video Walkthrough:

  1. Login to your admin account and click into the Draws tab, and the the “Schedule a draw” button:

  2. Choose the name, the start time, and the end time of your draw. While we recommend scheduling monthly or weekly draws, you can schedule a draw for any time:

  3. Choose the number of winners, and the prize value (in points). You can now choose to have multiple prizes for the same draw.

    For example: If your usual budget is $1000 for a draw or raffle, you can now do 1 big prize of $500 and 10 smaller $50 prizes. This is how it would look:

    • Choose the First Prize amount (50000 = $500) and the number of winners (1):

    • Click the "Add another prize" button for the next tier:

    • In the new Second prize section, add in the prize amount (5000 = $50) and the number of winners (50):

    • You may also add a Third prize by clicking the "Add another prize" button:

    • You can also remove a prize section if you do not want multiple options. Just click the trash icon:

  4. Optional: Upload an announcement video

    When you are scheduling a draw, a great way to boost participation is to upload a video directly into Caribou, for your entire team to see. We have found that:

    • People retain 95% more information from a video, rather than reading text.
    • Feedback from agencies has been that teams respond well to video updates.
    • Draws are an amazing way to engage your caregivers.

    Once you have recorded your video, select the “Select file” button to upload, upload your video, and select Save:

  5. Success! Your draw has been created!
