Congratulations! Your agency has introduced a program for you to earn rewards for your hard work and dedication. Some agencies will have different ways to earn points and raffle tickets that may include: sharing a job, clocking in and out on time, filling out a survey, among others.
Accessing the app and logging in
Your agency's rewards app is a mobile app, meaning you do not need to download an application to store on your phone. All you are required to have is a cell phone to input the security code in order to access the mobile app.
- Head to rewards.caribou.care
- Punch in your phone number and click Verify
- You will be sent a 6 digit code to your phone. Enter that code, click Verify
- You are logged in!

Rewards
This tab gives you a snapshot of the rewards that your agency offers. In the example below, this agency lets you earn rewards for sharing a job and earn tickets for clocking in and out on time:
Jobs
This gives you an overview of all the jobs that your agency needs your help to fill. You can also track the progress of any referrals you have made. Please head to this article here to see how the jobs tab works in detail
Draw
The draw tab will show you any active draws and past draws that your agency is currently running. There will be different specifications on how to enter a draw, depending on your agency. Please head to this article here to see how the Draw tab works in detail.
Leaderboard
The leaderboard tab shows you the progress of your co-workers and how many points they have earned
Notifications
This tab shows you any notification that you have received. You may see notifications from earning points, a referral's job progress,
