You can draw more attention to a specific job posting by promoting it to your staff. Promoted jobs are highlighted with a purple banner in the employee's rewards app.

Start promotion
- To promote a job, click on the three dots beside the posting and select Promote:
- A pop-up will appear, asking you to confirm that this is the job you would like to promote. Click the "Confirm & Promote" button:
End promotion
Once you have decided on a timeline for the job position, you may cancel the promotion.
- Click the three dots beside the posting, and Promote will now say “End Promotion”. Select that:
- A pop-up will appear, asking you to confirm whether you want to stop the promotion. Click the "Stop Promotion" button:
