Install the HHAeXchange Mobile App

This guide will walk you through how to download the HHAeXchange Mobile App.

Let's get started!

Download and sign up

1. Search for the HHAexChange app in the App Store (Apple) or the Google Play store (Android) and select "Get"
   
2. Once downloaded, open the app and select "Allow"
   
3. Choose your language and select Next:
   
4. Press "Sign Up"
   
5. Enter your email address, select and confirm your new password, and then click "Sign Up":
   

   Please note: Your password must contain at least 8 characters, with 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, and 1 number. Make sure it's easy to remember!

   
6. Re-enter your new email and password, and select Login:
   
7. Accept the Terms of Use:
   

Update your profile

Once you have accepted the terms, it is now time to update or create your profile in the HHAeXchange app.

1. Once you have accepted the terms, click the three dot icon in the top right:
   
2. Select "Update Profile" on the next page:
   
3. Fill in all your information carefully, and then click "Create" in the top right:
   
4. That step will generate your new Mobile ID Number. Once you have generated this number, immediately call your supervisor to share the Mobile ID Number:
   
5. Once your supervisor has updated your account, you will be able to start using your HHAeXchange Mobile App!
