If you have worked at an agency for some time, you may notice that your email is out of date when redeeming for a gift card. This guide will walk you through how to update your email during the redemptions process.
Let's get started!
Update email
- In your Rewards app, click the Rewards tab:
- Select one of the popular gift card options, or the "More gift card options" and the following screen will appear asking you to confirm your email:
- If this email is incorrect, please select the "Change email" option:
- Once you have selected the "Change email" option, you will receive a text message to verify that you are the account holder. Input the code here and click "verify"
- Once verified, you will need to select the card a second time and again select "Change email"
- Now you will be prompted to change your email:
- Enter the correct email twice: once in the "enter new email" field and once in the "confirm new email" field. Click the "Update email" button:
- You will see the new email address replace your previous email address. Click the "Redeem" button to choose your selected gift card:
