This guide will walk you through the different reports you can generate from the Insights Dashboard.

Download Report
Clicking the “Download report” button will bring up the following window:
Admin Report
In this example, we will be selecting both available report options in this section. Please note that you can choose to select one or the other, depending on the type of information you are wanting to collect. These will generate 2 separate reports.
In this report, you can generate reports for:
- Recognition budget utlization
- This is the summary of your agency’s recognition budget utilization, including budget spent and the remaining budget for the selected period.
- Admin log in activity
- This is the total admin logins and the most recent login within the selected time period
- Click the check box beside “Recognition budget utilization”
- A new section titled “Date range” will appear:
- Click into that section to see your available ranges to select from, and select your preferred date range: Note: These may vary agency to agency.
- Click the check box beside “Admin log in activity”
- A new section titled “Date range” will appear:
- Click into that section to see your available ranges to select from, and select your preferred date range: Note: These may vary agency to agency.
- Once you are satisfied with your selections, click the “Generate report” button:
- You will see this message that your report will be sent to your email shortly:
- Once you receive the email, you will be able to download both reports separately. Simply click the download button beside the corresponding report to download and view:
Recognition budget utilization report
In this report, you will see these columns:
| Column Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Admin name | The name of the admin |
| Admin email | The email address the admin uses to log in |
| Status | This will show if the admins are Active or De-activated |
| Branches | If your agency has branches, you will find that here |
| Job title | The job title of the admin (Scheduler, Payroll, Director, etc) |
| Role | This is pulled from |
| Total budget | The assigned budget of the admin |
| Budget spent | How much the admin has used of their budget |
| Remaining budget | The remaining budget for this time period |
| Pct budget remaining | The percentage of the remaining budget for this time period |
