Celebrate, Connect, and Engage: Introducing Moments

We know how important it is to celebrate your team’s milestones and keep everyone connected. That’s why we’re excited to launch Moments, a brand-new feature in your rewards app designed to increase engagement and foster a stronger sense of community.

Launched on December 16th, Moments is your new go-to feed for celebrating achievements, sharing announcements, and boosting employee engagement—all in one place.

How Moments Works

Birthdays

• Celebrate caregivers’ birthdays with daily posts that include their first name and last initial.
• Multiple birthdays on the same day? No problem—names will be grouped into one celebratory post.
• This feature works whether or not your agency has birthday rewards enabled.

Milestones

• Recognize major retention milestones like hours worked or key visits.
• We’ll celebrate:
  • First Visit
  • Second Visit
  • 50 Hours, 100 Hours, 200 Hours, 500 Hours, and 1,000 Hours
• Posts include caregiver names only, with no points shown.

Redemptions

• Celebrate caregivers who redeemed rewards in the past week.

• Posts highlight aggregated data, like:

  🎉 Cheers to our [x] team members for redeeming [xxx] points—your well-deserved rewards are ready to go!

• Redemptions are grouped into posts to make celebrations feel collective and impactful.

Admin Announcements

• Admins can create posts through a simple text box and preview how they’ll look on mobile.
• Announcements are shared exclusively in the app, keeping inboxes and SMS notifications clutter-free.

Post a Moment

With Moments, celebrating your team has never been easier. Let's walk you through posting your first Moment!

1. Login to your Admin account, and select the Moments tab:
   
2. Type in the Moment you want to showcase, preview the post, and then click Post on feed:
   
   
3. On the next screen, click the "Share post" button if you are happy with your decision:
   
4. If you have a Rewards account, you can view the post by logging in and selecting the Moments tab:
   
5. You will see your post at the top of the screen:
   

It's just that easy to share Moments and milestones with your caregivers!
