Clocking in and out for points and raffle tickets

You are a caregiver working for an agency with Goals in your Rewards app.

 

This article will walk you through how to complete different Goals in your Rewards account.

Let’s get started!

  1. When you login to your Rewards account, you will see your active tasks at the top of your Rewards app. Click the “Details” button for more information:

  2. On this next screen, you will see the rules your agency has set in place for clocking in and out. In order to earn points or raffle tickets for monthly draws, you will need to adhere to these rules:

    Note: This is an example of an agency’s rules. Yours may differ.

  3. Scroll down, and you will see your current schedule. Clock in and out for each of these visits to earn your rewards. This example shows you a 10 goal streak, meaning you would need to clock in and out of your visits 10 times in succession to earn this reward.

  4. Once you have completed one of these goals, you will see a blue checkmark and the rewards you earned:
