Recognition Tab

In the Recognition tab, you can view and create recognition categories for your agency:

Create a category

  1. Click the "+Create category" button:
  2. In the next screen, select a category name:
  3. Choose the default points for this category:


    Note: If you choose to turn the toggle off, there will be no default points amount for this category
  4. Choose if you want to allow admins to send recognition through this category or not:
  5. Click Confirm:
  6. You will see the new category added with your existing ones:

Edit a category

  1. To edit a category, select the 3 dots beside any category and click "Edit"
  2. Edit any of the category options, and then click Save:
  3. You will see the edit immediately:

Delete a category

  1. To delete a category, select the 3 dots beside the category and choose Delete:
  2. Select Confirm on the next screen:
