Recognition Tab
In the Recognition tab, you can view and create recognition categories for your agency:
Create a category
- Click the "+Create category" button:
- In the next screen, select a category name:
- Choose the default points for this category:
Note: If you choose to turn the toggle off, there will be no default points amount for this category - Choose if you want to allow admins to send recognition through this category or not:
- Click Confirm:
- You will see the new category added with your existing ones:
Edit a category
- To edit a category, select the 3 dots beside any category and click "Edit"
- Edit any of the category options, and then click Save:
- You will see the edit immediately:
Delete a category
- To delete a category, select the 3 dots beside the category and choose Delete:
- Select Confirm on the next screen:
