What’s new?
From the Employees page, you can now click on any employee’s name and you will see:
- Points earned (with dates and descriptions)
- Draw ticket history
- Referral statuses
- Login history
- and more!

How to use it
- Go to the Employees page.
- Click on a caregiver’s name.
- View all of their current information.
Sections
Basic Information
In this section, you will see:
- Current status (Active or De-activated)
- Current email and phone number
- Birthday
- Tenure
- Last login
- Last recognition
Rewards
In this section, you will see:
- The employee's current points balance
- Ticket balance for current draw (if your agency is using the Draws feature)
- History of recognition and redemptions
- History of draws entered and how many tickets entered
Referrals
In this section, you will see:
- Total jobs shared by employee
- Total applicants from employee
- Total hires from employee
- Break down of all candidates from employee
