What is My Impact Wrapped?
My Impact Wrapped is a monthly, personalized summary that celebrates the work caregivers do every day. It’s designed to move beyond points and rewards by helping caregivers feel seen and appreciated for their consistent care, reliability, and extra effort.
Why this matters
Right now, most engagement is transactional. Caregivers log in to redeem points or rewards, but that doesn’t always build long-term loyalty.
My Impact Wrapped shifts that dynamic: By highlighting meaningful contributions every month, it helps caregivers feel emotionally connected to their agency and can lead to better retention and stronger participation over time.

What caregivers will see
Each month, caregivers will receive a summary of their work in three key areas:

Key details
- Caregivers will see their impact summary on the first Tuesday through Friday of the following month, provided it's at least three days into that month.
- If a caregiver had no visits in a given month, no summary will be shown.
- If a caregiver is deactivated at the time of publishing, no summary will be shown.
- For new agency launches, we start collecting data right away, but the first summary is shown the following month.
- Example: If an agency launched on April 1, the first summary goes live in early May.
- Same applies if they launch late in the month (e.g. April 30 = first summary on May 4).
Special logic to know
- Shift hours ("Lifesaver")
- Less than 40 hours per week? The caregiver sees a prompt to look out for more shifts.
- If the agency uses billable hour goals, the summary will show the goal and allow them to tap “I’m interested”.
- Weekend shifts ("Shift Warrior")
- Didn’t pick up any weekend shifts? This card is not shown.
- if the weekend shift is configured, we will show a CTA at the end linking to it.
- Clock-in/out ("Reliable Hero")
- If the agency doesn’t use EVV rules, this card is not shown.
- If EVV compliance is below 50%, we show a gentle message explaining why it matters.
