We know how much effort goes into every visit you complete. That’s why your agency rewards you for staying consistent with your Electronic Visit Verification (EVV). With these clocking in and out goals, every visit you complete brings you closer to new rewards.
How it works
Each visit you complete with EVV counts toward your goal.
You’ll see your goals right in the Rewards app.
Common milestones include:
1 EVV
3 EVVs
10 EVVs
After your 10th EVV, your goals continue so you can keep earning without limits!
The Rewards
Every streak comes with rewards, like points you can redeem or tickets for draws.
For example, you might earn:
1 EVV: 1 ticket
3 EVVs: 3 tickets
10 EVVs: 5 tickets
Rewards may look a little different at your agency, but the more EVVs you complete, the more you can earn!
Keeping Your Streak Going
To make sure your visits count:
Clock in and out on time
Use the clocking in/out method your agency supports
Complete your visits following your agency’s clocking in/out rules
If you miss one, your streak will reset, but you’ll start again at the same milestone. So, if you are in a 10 EVV goal, you will start at the beginning of that one, rather than the 3.
How this looks
- When you login to your Rewards account, you will see your active tasks at the top of your Rewards app. Click the “Details” button for more information:
- On this next screen, you will see the rules your agency has set in place for clocking in and out. In order to earn points or raffle tickets for monthly draws, you will need to adhere to these rules:
Note: This is an example of an agency’s rules. Yours may differ. - Scroll down, and you will see your current schedule. Clock in and out for each of these visits to earn your rewards:
Once you have completed one of these goals, you will see a blue check mark and the rewards you earned under Completed goals:
