What this feature is
If your agency pays out rewards directly through your paycheck, you can redeem your points in the Rewards App and the amount will be added to an upcoming payroll.
This guide walks you through how to claim your points and redeem them to your paycheck.

Claim my points
If you’ve received recognition points but haven’t claimed them yet, you’ll see a banner on your Home screen or in your Points Balance.
Once claimed, your total points will update instantly.
How to Redeem Your Points
Walkthrough:
- From the Home screen, tap your Points Total to view your available balance.
Once you reach your agency’s minimum redemption amount, you’ll see the option to redeem your points. When you're eligible, the star icon will show a full circle.
How to redeem
- Tap Redeem $X (the amount will match your current eligible balance):

You will see a pop up that confirms that your redemptions will be added to your next paycheck:
After redeeming, you’ll see your payout listed under Recent Redemptions.
When you’ll receive your payout
Because payroll timing varies by agency:
Most agencies process payroll every 2–3 weeks
If you’re unsure of your agency’s schedule, check with your supervisor or coordinator
Important notes
Each agency sets its own minimum redemption amount
If you don’t see the option to redeem, you may not have reached that minimum yet
Once submitted, a payroll redemption cannot be canceled
Troubleshooting
I claimed my points but still don’t see the option to redeem
You may not have reached the required minimum. Check with your agency to confirm their threshold.
My redemption isn’t showing on my paycheck
Your agency’s payroll cycle may not have processed yet. Your office can confirm when your next payroll will include the amount.
I accidentally redeemed at the wrong time
Payroll redemptions cannot be reversed once submitted, so always double-check before confirming.
