This article will be useful if you work for an agency offering a referral program.
The Jobs tab within your Rewards app gives you an overview of all the job postings that your agency is asking your help to fill.
In this guide, we will go over what promoted jobs are, how to view details of a job, how to share a job, and how to check on the status of your referrals.

Jobs tab
As mentioned above, the job tab gives you a snapshot of job postings you can share out to your network.
Promoted Jobs
The first thing you will see in this tab will be the Promoted Jobs section. These are the highest priority jobs that your agency needs your help finding the right people for:
View details
Each job will have a corresponding job description. Click on the "View Details" button to see how much you can earn per referral, the hours, location, and the full job description. You can also share the job from this section:
Share job
Clicking the "Share Job" button on the job posting will bring up a pop up and show you the different options you have to share this posting:
You may see:
- How many raffle tickets you earn for this job share (if your agency is running a draw/raffle ticket program)
- A WhatsApp button for a direct share to your contacts
- A text message button: When clicked, this will automatically open into a new text message with a referral link
- Email: When clicked, this will automatically open into a new email message with a referral link
- Copy invitation: this will copy the job link for you to share in other places such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and others

My Referrals tab
Once one of your referrals applies to your agency via your referral link, you will be able to track the progress of their hiring journey from this tab.
You will also see the point totals that your agency has set for each different hiring milestone:
