Why We Introduced Draws
Draws give your agency a fun, automated way to reward and engage caregivers. They are designed to:
Encourage key behaviors like sharing jobs with friends and peers.
Boost retention by offering exciting prize opportunities.
Provide a fresh way to recognize caregivers beyond direct point rewards.
How Draws Work
Only one draw can run at a time, but you can offer many different ways for caregivers to earn tickets.
Caregivers can earn multiple tickets, which increases their chances of winning a prize.
The experience is fully automated, with engaging visuals, built-in communications, and automatic winner selection.

Setting Up a Draw
When you set up a draw, you’ll decide:
Prizes and winners: Customize the number of winners and mix of prizes. This lets you distribute a set amount of rewards overall (e.g., 3 winners each get 500 points) instead of giving out points for every individual behavior.
Earning rules: Choose which actions award tickets and how many.
Timeline: Select the start and end dates for the draw.
This flexibility makes Draws a way to drive desired behaviors without always relying on one-to-one point rewards.
Managing a Draw
Winners are drawn automatically at the end of the campaign.
If needed, admins can redraw winners directly in the app.
Once a draw has started, it cannot be edited or canceled.
Communications and visual updates are automatically sent to caregivers to keep them engaged throughout the draw.
FAQ & Troubleshooting
Can I run multiple draws at once?
No, only one draw can be active at a time. However, you can add multiple ways for caregivers to earn tickets within that single draw.
Can a caregiver earn more than one ticket?
Yes. Caregivers can earn multiple tickets, which increases their chances of winning.
Can a caregiver win more than once?
Yes, if they’ve earned multiple tickets and their name is drawn multiple times. You can also choose to redraw winners if you want unique winners.
Can we redraw winners after the campaign ends?
Yes. Admins can redraw winners directly in the app if needed.
How do caregivers know about the draw?
All communications and visuals are automated, so caregivers are notified throughout the draw period and when winners are selected.
What if no caregivers enter the draw?
If no tickets are earned, no winners will be selected. You can plan to relaunch a future draw with clearer entry requirements to boost participation.
What if I want to cancel or edit a draw early?
You cannot cancel or edit a draw once it has started. To make changes, you’ll need to wait until the current draw finishes and then set up a new one.
What if a caregiver questions the results?
Draws are automated and randomized for fairness. If needed, you can share that multiple entries increase chances but do not guarantee a win. Admins also have the option to redraw winners.
