I won a draw in the past. How can I claim my prize?

You are a caregiver that has won a draw at their agency.

Congratulations! You won a draw at your agency, but maybe you forgot to claim your reward.

This help article will show you how to claim your previous reward.

Let's get started!

Past Draws

  1. Login to your Rewards app and click on the Draw section:

  2. Select the Past Draws tab:

  3. Look through your agency's previous draws until you see "You won!" listed under a draw:

    Note: If you do not see "You won!" listed under any draws and you do not know which draw you have won, you will need to click in to each draw individually to see your status.

  4. Once you have selected the draw, you will see an animation and then a button to claim your prize:

  5. Click on the Claim your prize button and you will get this confirmation:
